Prices shown are the net amounts actually payable — we operate under Hungarian small-business VAT exemption, so no +27% VAT is added.

What content does the chatbot learn from?
From your existing materials: website copy, FAQ, price lists, documents (PDF, DOCX). With RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) we guarantee that the chatbot uses your own facts — no generic ChatGPT hallucinations.
Is the AI chatbot GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We run it on EU servers, we don't store IP addresses, conversations are anonymised. The AI models we use (Claude, Google Gemini) have signed DPAs. No cookie banner needed — we don't place tracking cookies.
How long does it take to build the chatbot?
Starter package: 1–2 weeks. Pro package (multiple languages, integrations): 2–4 weeks. Custom enterprise projects: 4–8 weeks. The process: content review (3–5 days) → chatbot training (5–10 days) → testing (3–5 days) → go-live.
How does the chatbot integrate with my existing website?
A single script tag goes into your HTML, right before </body>. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and any custom site are supported. We match the position and colours to your brand.
What happens if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
The chatbot says so openly (it doesn't make up an answer), and offers: redirect to the contact form, or send you an email with the user's question. These "deflections" show up in the analytics — so you can keep extending the chatbot's knowledge.
Which AI model do you use?
By default Claude Sonnet (Anthropic) — gives the most natural English/German answers and works best with our RAG architecture. Alternative: Google Gemini.
