Under Article 50 of the EU AI Act (2024/1689) we mark this: a permanent bar in the chat states that you are talking to a machine, and generated replies carry machine-readable marking.
The AI assistant makes no decision about you, and you can switch to a person at any time. Chat messages live in server memory and are deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity.
