Custom software development
built around revenue

Most web application development ends with "here's your system." That's where we start: how does it become a product people pay for, month after month?

🚀

Validate first, invest later

We don't build in the dark for six months. The MVP is the smallest feature set someone will already pay for — it's live in 4–6 weeks, and real users show you what's worth building next.

If the idea doesn't work in the first round, you've risked very little — and the lessons are yours to keep.

💳

The billing engine, built in

Subscription management, free trials, plan changes, automatic invoicing, failed-payment recovery — the most painful part of any SaaS, and with us it's part of the base package, not an extra.

Stripe (or a local provider), connected to your own account: the revenue flows straight to you.

🔓

Your product is truly yours

The source code, the database and the customer base are your property — handed over with documentation. You don't depend on us or on a no-code platform: an in-house team can take over anytime.

12-month bug-fix warranty as standard; with monthly maintenance the guarantee is lifetime, and we run the operations too.

The MVP foundation
every SaaS is built on

These aren't extras — they're the baseline. Every web application we build includes them, so we can focus on your idea instead of the plumbing.

✅ Always included in the base package

From MVP to market-ready product — this is the foundation
  • Sign-up and loginemail + Google, password reset
  • Subscription managementplans, trials, upgrades, cancellation
  • PaymentsStripe (or a local provider), on your account
  • Automatic invoicinga compliant invoice for every payment
  • Admin panelusers, subscriptions, statistics
  • Revenue dashboardMRR, churn, growth
  • Transactional emailsconfirmations, reminders, invoices
  • GDPR essentialsdata export, deletion, cookie management

As the product and the revenue grow, this is where it usually continues:
🏢 Team accounts, permissions 🔗 Public API + webhooks 🤖 AI features (Claude, GPT) 📱 Mobile app (PWA) 🌍 Multi-language support 📊 Custom reports, exports 🧩 Integrations (CRM, accounting) 🎨 White-label / own-brand version ⚡ Scaling for heavy load

From idea
to your first subscriber

Not one big software project with a distant finish line — many small, measurable steps, so at the end of each stage you can see exactly where you stand.

💡

Validation 1 week

Together we narrow the idea down to the smallest paid feature set. You'll know who it's for, what it does and what it costs — and we'll tell you honestly if we think it's not ready for development yet.

📐

Design 1 week

Data model, screen designs, plan structure and pricing logic. By the end you know exactly what's being built and for how much.

⚙️

MVP development 4–6 weeks

The product grows with weekly demos: sign-up, payments, the core feature and the admin. At the end you have a live web application that can take money.

🚀

Launch and first customers ongoing

Go live, measure, iterate fast: real user feedback decides what goes into the product — not guesswork.

📈

Scaling in sprint blocks

New features, integrations, team accounts, API — in scheduled sprints at a predictable price. We handle operations and backups, and with maintenance the bug-fix guarantee is lifetime.

Not every idea needs
custom development

We won't sell you something that isn't right for you — we'll say so openly at the consultation. Here's how to decide:

🧩 No-code (Bubble, Webflow) is better if…

  • you just want to test whether anyone cares about the idea
  • the workflow is simple and fits the platform's templates
  • the monthly platform fee and slower performance don't hurt
  • you don't mind the product being tied to the platform

💎 Custom development pays off if…

  • your core feature is unique — that's exactly your edge
  • you're serious about it: you're planning revenue and growth
  • you need speed, an API, integrations, AI features
  • you want the source code and the customer base in your own hands

Many people come to us having outgrown their no-code version — and that's a perfectly good path too: you arrive with a validated idea, and we build it into a real product.

Three stages —
at your product's pace

You don't have to buy everything at once: you start with the MVP and expand when the revenue already justifies it.

Market-ready product
from €20,000
one-time fee

Beyond the MVP: everything you need for a wider market and more demanding customers.

  • Everything in the MVP + an extended feature set
  • Team accounts and permission levels
  • Public API and webhooks
  • Integrations (CRM, accounting, email marketing)
  • Multi-language support and/or AI features as needed
  • 12-month warranty + handover documentation
Examples: a B2B tool for multi-user companies, a marketplace-style service, an AI-powered analytics product.
Growth
In sprint blocks
monthly schedule · custom quote

Continuous development of a live product: a predictable monthly budget, with you setting the priorities.

  • Scheduled sprints with weekly demos
  • Operations: servers, backups, monitoring, updates
  • Performance scaling as your user base grows
  • Lifetime bug-fix guarantee while the plan is active
  • Monthly report: what shipped, what's next
Examples: an early-stage SaaS with 2–4 development days a month, a growing product with a dedicated sprint team.

The exact price is set by the feature list and the integrations — at the consultation we scope the idea together and give you a concrete quote. For perspective: a failed "full product" built over six months costs more than an MVP validated in six weeks.

The questions
we hear most often

How much does SaaS or web application development cost?
A working, paying MVP starts from €15,000 — that includes user management, subscriptions and payments (Stripe or SimplePay), invoicing and the admin panel. A market-ready, full product starts from €20,000. The exact price depends on the feature list; you get a concrete quote at the consultation.
How long does it take to build the MVP?
The first paying version (MVP) is ready in 4–6 weeks with the most important features. That is enough to test the idea with real users before you invest in the full product. After that, we expand it in weekly increments based on feedback.
Why not build it with a no-code tool (Bubble, Webflow)?
No-code is great for a quick test, and if your idea is simple it may even be enough. But the platform charges a monthly fee, speed and customization are limited, and the product is chained to the platform — you cannot take it with you. With custom development the source code is yours, it scales as far as you need, and there is no platform lock-in. At the consultation we will tell you honestly if no-code is the better path for your idea.
Who owns the source code, the data and the revenue?
You do — all three. At handover you get the full source code and documentation, subscriber and payment data live in your own accounts (Stripe or SimplePay, database), and revenue flows directly to you. You are not chained to us: any development team can take over the product.
What happens after launch — who runs and develops it?
A 12-month bug-fix warranty comes as standard. We run operations (servers, backups, monitoring, updates) as a monthly service and further development in sprint blocks — as long as the maintenance contract is active, the bug-fix guarantee is lifetime. If you build your own team, the code is documented and ready to hand over.
What if I don't have a validated idea yet?
Then you're right on time. Our first step is always validation: together we narrow the idea down to the smallest feature set someone would already pay for. If the conversation shows the idea isn't ready for development yet, we'll say so — it's cheaper to face that now than after development.
