Four situations where
outsourcing is the way out

🪑 You have no in-house developer
Your website, systems and integrations all sit in “someday” status because there's no one to build them. We become your dev department — a steady team, with no employment contract.
🔥 Your team is swamped
Your in-house developers run the core system while everything else slips. We take over the backlog — your team stays focused on what matters, and the list still shrinks.
🚪 Your developer just quit
Everything rode on one person, and now nobody dares open the code. We take it over, document it and carry it forward — in days, not months.
💸 The agency is expensive and slow
High agency hourly rates, layers of project management, tiny tasks quoted in weeks. With us you talk to the person who writes the code — fewer layers, better price, faster turnaround.

In-house developer vs
an outsourced team

It's not just the salary — the real cost of an in-house developer is a lot more than that, and it takes months to find one.

🪑 Your own mid-to-senior developer

typical total monthly cost, at Hungarian market rates
  • Gross salary + employer taxes €3,000–5,000
  • Recruiting, ads, interviews 3–6 months of time
  • Tools, licenses, training ~€250
  • Vacation, sick days, attrition risk hidden cost
  • One person who does front + back + server? rare
Total per month~€3,800–6,300

💎 An outsourced sprint retainer

you only pay when there's work
  • Monthly dev retainer, fixed price from €1,500
  • Kickoff 2–5 business days
  • A whole team's skills: web, AI, server, design included
  • No vacation, no notice period, no payroll tax €0
  • Scale up or down, no lock-in monthly
Predictable, in a retainerfrom €1,500 / mo

An indicative comparison at 2026 Hungarian market rates — we size the exact retainer to your workload. For a one-off project we give a fixed-price quote, with no monthly fee at all.

Three ways to work together —
matched to your situation

Project-based
Fixed price
amount and deadline agreed up front

One well-defined task: a website, an integration, a system — you know the price and the date up front.

  • Free assessment and a fixed-price quote
  • Fixed deadline, weekly demos
  • No monthly fee, no commitment afterwards
  • 12-month warranty on the work delivered
Good fit when: “we need a customer portal”, “connect the webshop to our stock”, “rescue this system for us”.
Dedicated team
Custom
for long-term, higher-volume work

Several developers in a steady lineup on your product — with the flexibility of an in-house team, minus the overhead.

  • A steady team you get to know on the project
  • Joint planning, a quarterly roadmap
  • We plug into your workflows (Slack, Teams, Jira)
  • Transferable knowledge: documentation as we go
Good fit when: your own product or a large system that needs continuous, plannable development over months.

In all three, the code, the documentation and every access are yours — no exit fee. In the consultation we'll tell you which format fits your situation.

When is an in-house
developer the better call?

Outsourcing isn't the answer to everything — we'll help you decide which one pays off for you:

🪑 An in-house developer is better if…

  • the software is your company's main product, with full-time, day-to-day work on it
  • it needs business knowledge you can only pick up sitting inside the company
  • you're planning continuous development that would keep 2–3 people busy long-term

💎 Outsourcing pays off if…

  • development matters, but it doesn't fill a full-time role
  • you need capacity fast — not after 3–6 months of recruiting
  • you need several skills at once: web, server, AI, design
  • you want a predictable cost instead of salary + payroll tax + churn

The two complement each other well: at many of our clients the in-house team runs the core system while we handle the tasks queuing up alongside it.

The questions
we hear most often

How much cheaper is outsourcing than an in-house developer?
The full monthly cost of a mid-to-senior developer — salary, payroll taxes, tools and training — typically runs €3,800–6,300, and it takes months to find one. With us you pay a monthly sprint retainer (from €1,500), only when there's actually work, and you get a whole team's skills: developer, designer and ops in one.
How do I see where the money goes?
You get a weekly report: what's done, what's next, how much of the retainer is used. Every sprint ends with a demo where you see the result running live — not in a spreadsheet. And on fixed-price projects you know the total up front.
Who owns the source code and the access?
You do. All the code, documentation and access are yours — in your own repos, your own accounts. If you ever want to switch, you take everything with you, with no exit fee.
How quickly can you get started?
Within days. No months-long recruiting or notice periods: after the free assessment we send a quote, and once you accept, the first sprint usually starts within 2–5 business days.
What if I'm not satisfied?
The sprint retainer can be canceled any month, with no lock-in — if it's not worth it, you don't pay from next month. We give a 12-month bug-fix warranty on the work delivered, and with an active maintenance contract the warranty is lifetime. The code and documentation are with you, so switching is painless too.
What kind of work can I outsource?
Almost anything that's software: building websites and web apps, extending and cleaning up existing systems, integrations and APIs, AI features, automation, hosting and maintenance. If a task isn't right for us, we'll tell you so in the first conversation.

Don't take our word for it — ask around

Ask an AI: in-house developer or outsourcing?

We hand over a neutral question, with no brand names pushed — decide for yourself based on the answer which path fits your company.

Tell us where it hurts —
we'll tell you how we'd solve it
